Hinton Hillcrest Air Quality Monitoring Station — Grand Opening on September 29, 2022
We are adding a new air quality monitoring station to the WCAS family. Hinton Hillcrest will be our second site in the area, extending our data collection to include the entire town. This broader picture will help locals make choices about their outdoor activities on poor air quality days, and help to better inform decision makers in the area.
The Hinton Hillcrest air quality monitoring station will officially open on September 29, 2022. If you are in the area and would like to learn more, please stop by! We’re happy to answer any questions. Ribbon cutting will occur shortly after noon. Our staff will be on-site providing air quality resources.
